No matter whether it's individual components or entire parts. We only use original componenets directly from the manufacturer and check the functionality and safety of each repair in our own vehicles.

Warranty

True quality is not characterized by empty promises,

Whether private or commercial - we don't know the difference.

Fault codes

Each job starts with reading out the error codes. A repair is not possible without it.

Contract

Afterwards you give us the repair order. Please read the repair conditions beforehand, if they are attached.

Send in

As soon as your component arrives, we register it in our database and immediately start repairing it.

Testing

After we have exchanged the defective components, we test the repair in our own vehicles.

If the test phase is successfully completed, the component goes
back to you.

What are the chances of success?

Chances of success vary depending on the part submitted and its general condition. More detailed information can be found on the respective product page.

What happens if a component cannot be repaired/is damaged during the repair?

Despite our experience and the greatest caution, it can sometimes happen that we cannot repair components or even damage them during the repair.
After all, people make mistakes.

If your component cannot be repaired, there are NO costs.
Should your component be damaged by us, we offer you the purchase of a used unit at the same price as the repair.

Does the ECU still need to be programmed after you get it?

No.

Which error codes/error symptoms can currently be repaired?

The exact information can be found on the respective product page. If you are unsure or need help with the diagnosis, please feel free to contact us.

Can I enclose the error codes in paper form?

It doesn't matter whether it's a small piece of paper or even an e-mail - the only important thing for us is that you tell us the error codes!
Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse your order!

How long does it take to repair?

Depending on the order situation and the component, the repair takes between 7-21 days. Rarely longer.
In such cases, however, you will be informed by us.

I can't be without my vehicle for that long!

No problem. On request, we will be happy to provide you with a loaner device free of charge for the entire duration of the repair.
This keeps downtime to a minimum.

Can you also repair other control units/components?

We are more than very happy to try our hand at components from other brands.
In such a case, simply contact us.

Can you repair components that have already been opened (by customers or other companies)?

For liability reasons, we do NOT attempt to repair components that have already been opened.
